The founding principals have 50+ years of combined real estate experience in acquisitions, development, private equity, structured finance, workouts, management, operations and law. Our diverse industry expertise and long-term relationships strengthen our ability to achieve strong risk-adjusted returns in a variety of challenging and complex opportunities that require extensive real estate experience, deep market knowledge, and efficient transaction execution.
Together we currently own and operate approximately 11 thousand square meters of real estate and have achieved a notable and sustained record of success in maximizing returns through successful employment of multiple strategies with a focus on value–add/opportunistic, core/core plus and net-leased investments.
Furthermore, we are experts in project management in realty area, we provide our project management services to our clients/partners and we also work as a co-investor.

Mr. Tomas Paroubek
Executive, Project Manager
Mr. Paroubek is an Executive overseeing all activities on the Executive Committee for Prime Home Business. Mr. Paroubek holds over fifteen years of project management experience through the EU. Mr. Paroubek is contributing to the overall development of Prime Home Business financial systems and operational policy and procedure. Mr. Paroubek ensures local and federal regulatory requirements are met and guides the selection criteria of Prime Home Business.
Experience
Mr. Paroubek is an expert in project management, leasing, and sales for professional investors. He holds over 10 years of real estate experience and specializes in the operations of due diligence, finance, and escrow for residential real estate. Previous to Prime Home Business, Mr. Paroubek worked as project specialist in RWE.
Education
Mr. Paroubek holds an engineering degree (Ing.) from (CTU) Czech Technical University, Prague.

Mr. Moncef Alioui
Senior Executive Vice President
Mr. Alioui joined our company as a Senior Executive Vice President in March 2022. Mr. Alioui has got very good negotiation and business skills, he is an expert in project investment financing. Mr. Alioui is also holder of general proxy for our company.

Mr. Fischer joined our company as a Senior Manager in January of 2021. Mr. Fischer is very technically skilled in the property management, he really excels in optimization. With his knowledge of construction and experience in investment properties it was a natural fit to acquire him to our company

Mr. Fritz Baumann
Senior manager, Real Estate Market Manager
Mr. Baumann joined Prime Home Group as an Associate Manager in January of 2018 and promoted to Senior Manager in December of 2020. Ms. Baumann is energetic and skilled in the art of understanding the real estate market. With almost three decades of experience he knows how to ensure that our client’s expectations are met.

Mr. Baumann has worked as a Market Analysis for JLL in Germany. He has almost a two decades experience in real estate.
Education
Mr. Baumann studied at ICN Business School market analyses in business. Mr. Baumann studied furthermore at University of Surrey in England and is promoted to the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
Mr. Baumann continues to further his education and experience by attending lectures, programs, and classes.
